Visitor recommendations

COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can lead to serious health risks and even death.

A mask must be worn when entering the park and in enclosed areas such as the store and toilets. A mask must also be worn in the restaurant while waiting in the queue to order food or drink and when seated at tables when not eating or drinking, in the locker/float rental or ticket queue. It is only exempted for use in bathing areas and on the slides.

To avoid possible contagion to other visitors, you are kindly requested not to visit if you have a high temperature, show symptoms of COVID-19 or if you suffer any chronic diseases that may increase the likelihood of risk.

According to health authorities, elderly people with comorbidities are especially vulnerable. If you belong to an at-risk group and visit the park, you should take additional safety precautions.

Anyone who develops any symptoms during their visit should notify park staff and follow established protocols.

Online ticket purchase is recommended.

To reduce cash transactions and cash handling, please pay by card whenever possible.

In the event of a possible capacity limit, the park may not be able to guarantee same-day ticket sales at the box office.

It is recommended to follow good hygiene practices in order to avoid contagion during your visit: wash your hands frequently, avoid touching your face, maintain social distance, and cough or sneeze into your elbow.

It is mandatory to wear a mask at all times, except when using the attractions.

It should be reminded that, when visiting the park, the client assumes the possible risks of being in public spaces with other people and accepts that they are responsible for complying with the established rules.

It is important to respect staff instructions, signs, floor markings and the public address system at all times.

Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers shall be provided at the points where visitors must disinfect their hands. The toilets are also equipped with water and disinfectant soap.

Floor markings have been placed in different areas to ensure social distance.

There are a number of entrances and exits located around the park to avoid crowding.

The use of double floats by members of the same family unit is recommended.

Use of floats: when reaching the landing pool or slide arrival area, place the float / upside down to ensure disinfection of the handles with chlorinated water.

The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of specific areas and contact points has been increased.

All surfaces and objects that are handled by visitors or workers shall be cleaned and disinfected with appropriate frequency.

Some of the park's common services, such as lockers, changing rooms or showers, may be limited or closed in order to minimise the risk of contagion.

Catering points: the procedure for purchasing and collecting food has been adapted to encourage social distance.

The maximum capacity of each aquatic surface shall be indicated by posters and users must follow our staff's indications in order to access them.

All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or carers, who shall ensure that they comply with the social distancing rules along with the rest of the users.
